Hi, I'm Robert Kolar.
I have been engaged in building success throughout my professional life, and I believe passionately that even one achievement (no matter how small it may seem) is worth celebrating.
From my time as the Training Sergeant with my unit in the U.S. Army, to my work as a Certified Crime Prevention Officer in Law Enforcement, and continuing on as a high school English Teacher, I encouraged success through personal accountability and responsibility.
Looking back, I recognize one common thread...a purpose in helping young adults reach their goals and achieve success.
